Bring us the
hard thing.
Tell us what is stuck, what is changing or what should be possible. We will reply with a point of view.
We read every note. If there is a fit, you will hear from a senior member of the team within two working days — with an actual first thought, not a calendar link.
- What is happening now, and what should be happening instead
- What you have already tried, including what did not work
- Any date that genuinely matters, and what makes it matter
- A rough budget range — it changes the recommendation, not the welcome
- Who internally will own the result once we have gone

Not sure what you need?
Start with a decision sprint or read the FAQ.
Three steps,
none of them a deck.
The written first step arrives whether or not you engage us. It is the cheapest useful thing we can give someone weighing up a decision.
Within two working days
A reply from a senior member of the team with an actual first thought about your situation — a question we would want answered, or a read on what is likely going on. Not a calendar link and a capabilities deck.
A forty-five minute conversation
If there is a fit, we talk properly: what is broken, what has been tried, what a good outcome looks like in numbers, and a rough range for what solving it usually costs.
A written first step
You get a short note naming what we would do first and why, whether or not you engage us. Roughly one in six of those recommends something smaller than the enquiry asked for.
Four kinds of note,
four sensible routes.
New engagements
A rebuild, a product, a migration or a problem you cannot yet name. The form is the fastest route and reaches a senior lead directly.
Existing clients
Support, incidents and change requests go to your engagement channel, where response times are the ones written into your agreement.
Agencies and partners
We work white-label behind several studios who need senior build capacity without adding permanent headcount.
Careers and press
Work you are proud of, or a question about something we have published. Both reach a person rather than a queue.
What people ask first.
Diagnostics usually start within two to three weeks. Build capacity is planned a quarter ahead because teams stay on an engagement from start to finish, so the honest answer for a full build is often a month or more out. If you need someone next week, we will say so rather than promise a start we would have to staff badly.
No. The first reply and the first conversation are with a senior practitioner who would work on the engagement. There is nobody here whose job is to hand you over afterwards.
That is the normal state and a good reason to talk. Describe the symptom rather than a proposed solution; naming the actual problem is the first stage of the work, not a prerequisite for it.
Yes, routinely, and we will sign yours rather than insisting on ours. If you would rather describe the situation in general terms until one is in place, that works too.
They reach our inbox and nowhere else. No mailing list, no CRM enrichment, no drip sequence, and deletion twenty-four months after our last exchange. The privacy policy sets out the whole of it in plain language.
