Make your next move obvious.
Oakstone builds websites, storefronts and software for ambitious B2B teams — 20 capabilities across build, engineering and the platform work that keeps them fast, secure and accessible.
Trusted by teams who are
done waiting for good enough.
More signal.
Less theatre.
Most agencies add layers. We remove them. Design, engineering and platform work as one senior team, with a shared brief, shared momentum and zero translation tax.
Websites & commerce
Sites and storefronts that make the complex feel inevitable — and make buying the obvious next step.
A website is the only part of your business that talks to every prospect, every candidate and every journalist, usually without supervision. It is worth building deliberately.
Apps & software
Apps, platforms and internal systems built by the people who will still be here at version three.
Software is where a business either builds an advantage or accumulates a liability. The difference is rarely the framework; it is whether anyone modelled the domain properly and whether the second release is as easy as the first.
Platform & support
The care after launch: speed, security, accessibility and a team that answers when it matters.
Launch day is the start of the interesting part. Everything that determines whether a digital investment holds its value happens afterwards, in months where nothing dramatic occurs and small amounts of attention compound.
Twenty ways to
move the numbers.
Every capability has its own page: what it includes, what you get, and the questions buyers actually ask.
does the talking
Proof,
not promises.
A few recent moments where a clearer move changed the trajectory.
Turning complexity into a category leader.
A new website and patient portal made a specialist healthcare network easier to choose, understand and trust.
The website that finally sells the product.
We rebuilt an industrial software marketing site around the way technical buyers actually evaluate.
One dashboard instead of nine spreadsheets.
A custom admin platform gave a new fund a single, trustworthy view of its portfolio and reporting.
No black
boxes.
The work moves quickly because the thinking is visible. You will always know what we are solving, why and what happens next.
The full processFind the real problem
We get close to the business before we touch the brief — analytics, sales calls, support tickets and a technical audit read together.
Make the call
We narrow the field, set a direction and put a senior team behind it, with the trade-offs recorded rather than glossed over.
Build the momentum
We ship in slices, in the open. Something useful reaches production long before the whole engagement is finished.
Prove the change
We measure against the baseline we took before starting, and report what moved — including what did not.
Leave you stronger
Documentation, tooling and training so your team owns the work rather than depending on us for it.
A partner,
not a supplier.
“Oakstone gave us the rarest thing in a rebuild: a sharper business. We stopped explaining ourselves and started being chosen.”
Thinking worth
the ten minutes.
Practical writing on the decisions behind good software. 10 articles and counting.
The website redesign readiness test
A useful way to find out whether you need a redesign or a decision.
Why most B2B websites underperform
The hidden cost of a website that explains but never creates conviction.
Choosing between Shopify and custom
Where the platform stops helping and bespoke work starts paying for itself.
We know your
constraints already.
Nine sectors where we can be useful from week one, because we already know what the procurement, compliance and buying patterns look like.
The questions
everyone starts with.
Ambitious B2B teams with a meaningful offer, a hard problem and the appetite to make a clear move. Typically that is founders, marketing leaders and product owners at companies between roughly ten and five hundred people, plus other agencies who use us white-label.
No. We bring senior engineering and design capacity plus an outside perspective, then leave your team with systems, documentation and confidence they can own. Several engagements are explicitly structured so your team ends up running the work entirely.
Yes, and most clients do. A website, a single integration, an accessibility audit or a performance sprint are all reasonable starting points. Work expands when it has earned the right to.
A focused build is six to ten weeks. A platform, product or replatform runs three to six months, staged into releases so something useful is live early. Diagnostics and sprints are two to six weeks.
Decision sprints start in the low five figures. Full builds are quoted per stage once the diagnostic is done, because quoting a rebuild before understanding the problem produces a number that is wrong in one direction or the other. Retainers are monthly with a defined allowance.
Remote-first, with senior people in New York and London. We work with teams across the United States, United Kingdom, UAE, Canada and Australia, and we adjust our week rather than asking you to adjust yours.
